Job summary

BERE RENTALS LLC in Moore, OK seeks an experienced directional driller (CDL strongly preferred) to safely perform underground utility installations. You will operate drilling equipment, read bore profiles, and supervise a small crew while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong locating skills, ability to track drill head, coordinate with foremen, and handle day-to-day paperwork. Outdoor work in varying conditions and physical tasks up to 50 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience operating directional drilling equipment in utility environments.
• Ability to read bore profiles, prints, and utility maps.
• Supervisory/lead capability to manage crew tasks and safety.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures for trenching, traffic control, and confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate directional drilling equipment to install conduit, duct, pipe, or cable per plans.
• Read bore profiles and utility maps; identify clearances before drilling.
• Perform potholing/daylighting and verify utility locations.
• Locate and track drill head; maintain safe distances from utilities.
• Supervise crew to ensure safe, efficient operations and clean sites.
• Coordinate with foremen, inspectors, and clients; provide progress updates.
