Job summary

AdventHealth Orlando is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to acquire and analyze ultrasound images for radiologist interpretation. You will train staff, support scheduling, and ensure timely, high-quality care while maintaining patient comfort and privacy.

Responsibilities include documenting exam findings, verifying patient identity and exam appropriateness, and using AGFA PACS to manage data. A sign-on bonus and relocation support are noted where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified to perform ultrasound imaging.
• Proficient with PACS and image management systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and analyze ultrasound images per provider orders.
• Provide orientation and coaching to teammates; support performance evaluations.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy and effective communication during exams.
• Document findings clearly to support radiologist review.
