Vyper Industrial is hiring a Lead UI/UX Designer to shape everything customers see on vyperindustrial.com. You’ll own product pages, collections, and landing pages, driving conversion through rapid design iterations and a rigorous design system.

Reporting to the Sr eCommerce Manager, you’ll translate briefs into development-ready Figma files and partner closely with development and brand teams. You’ll design for mobile-first experiences, deliver multiple designs weekly, and defend decisions with

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing for ecommerce, ideally for a DTC brand doing 8 figures or more in revenue.
• Expert in Figma. Components, variants, auto layout, responsive frames.
• Demonstrable design handoff experience with developers.
• Real conversion sense and ability to defend decisions.
• Mobile-first mindset and ability to ship quickly.
• Obsessive attention to detail and pixel perfection.
• Working knowledge of what's buildable in Shopify.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Design product pages, collection pages, homepage, cart, and campaign landing pages.
• Design A/B test variants from CRO hypotheses and ensure test validity.
• Create launch and sale pages for limited drops and promos.
• Design for mobile-first layouts; ensure desktop adapts cleanly.
• Develop reusable design system with components, spacing, and type scale.
• Annotate behavior and dynamics for developers; specify editable theme parts.
• Work from briefs or Loom walkthroughs and deliver development-ready Figma files.
• QA builds, flag differences, and maintain design system consistency.
• Collaborate with creative/brand teams to align on campaigns.
