Job summary

Vyper Industrial is hiring a Shopify Developer to build and maintain the storefront at vyperindustrial.com. You’ll own theme development, custom sections, and product data architecture while collaborating with ecommerce and creative teams.

You will implement Responsive, mobile-first storefronts, optimize site speed, and manage launches with QA and post-live improvements. Strong Liquid skills and a Shopify back-end fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• - 3+ years building on Shopify Plus for DTC brands with custom themes and sections.
• - Strong Liquid skills and understanding of section schema; editable sections required.
• - Back-end fluency with products, variants, metafields, and templates.
• - Git/GitHub proficiency; staging-to-live workflow and code reviews.
• - Familiarity with site speed and AI development tools.

Responsibilities

• - Build Shopify sections and blocks from design files; ensure dynamic, editable content.
• - Write clean Liquid and implement Online Store 2.0 best practices.
• - Create PDP buy boxes, variants, carousels, upsell modules, and landing pages.
• - Develop and QA A/B test variants, using Intelligems when needed.
• - Manage templates, collections, and navigation; ensure fast, reliable storefronts.
• - Collaborate with creative and growth teams; communicate risks and estimates.
