Job summary

Mach Industries, based in Huntington Beach, CA, seeks a Lead Final Integration Technician to drive the final assembly, integration, validation, and delivery readiness of advanced unmanned defense platforms. You will ensure mechanical, electrical, avionics, and mission systems meet engineering, quality, and operational requirements.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate cross-functional build activities, troubleshoot complex system-level issues, and champion safety and schedule adherence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade school education preferred.
• 4+ years in aerospace/defense/high-reliability manufacturing environments.
• 1+ years leading technicians or coordinating build activities.
• Strong experience with final assembly, aircraft integration, and system installation.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, wiring schematics, assembly instructions, and technical docs.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, precision measuring equipment, and integration tooling.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead final integration activities for unmanned aircraft systems.
• Maintain and calibrate tooling, fixtures, and integration equipment.
• Promote a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Mentor junior technicians as the technical lead for integration activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, traceability, and documentation per aerospace standards.
• Conduct hands-on assembly, routing, wiring, and system configuration.
