Job summary

Mach Industries is seeking an Integration Engineer in Huntington Beach, CA to lead the integration of software and firmware for UAVs. You will track milestones, manage deliverables, and coordinate across software, hardware, and systems teams to deliver cohesive flight software and mission systems.

The role blends engineering depth with program management, requiring hands‑on debugging, feature definition, and liaison duties across flight software, autonomy, ground control, and mission systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Software Integration or Systems Engineering.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and system interoperability.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent communication and leadership for cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define systems and subsystems requirements and data flows across software and firmware teams.
• Own integration and delivery of software across flight control, autonomy, and mission systems.
• Coordinate updates and releases across multiple internal teams.
• Debug and resolve complex issues; liaison between software, hardware, and systems groups.
• Document interfaces and procedures for repeatable integration in UAV programs.
