Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and building wiring harnesses or electrical interconnect systems.
• Strong ability to read and create schematics, wiring diagrams, and harness documentation.
• Proven experience taking hardware from prototype through production.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of UAV wiring harnesses including concept, prototype, and production.
• Lead integration of harnesses into full vehicle systems and execute validation tasks.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve harness designs.
