Job summary

Qualifications

3+ years experience in production-oriented manufacturing or electro-mechanical technician fields.
Prior experience leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience working with ERP and MES systems (NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, Tableau).
Understanding of the product life cycle (NPI to production) and LEAN manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead technician staff in production and delivery of UAS through factory acceptance.
Oversee hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair on the line.
Follow build instructions and use hand tools and tooling.
Ensure safety procedures and standard work tasks are followed; audit for safety and efficiency.
Prioritize work to meet on-time delivery targets and manage multiple priorities.
Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities.
