Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Lead Production Technician to join the Manufacturing Production team. You will lead a group of technicians to produce UAS for strategic military and commercial customers, blending frontline hardware skills with line leadership.

This dynamic role requires strong knowledge of hardware assembly, troubleshooting, safety procedures, and daily reporting. You will use MES, NetSuite, JIRA, SQL and Tableau to track progress, while fostering a culture of

Qualifications

3+ years in production-oriented manufacturing or electro-mechanical tech fields.
Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with ERP and MES systems (NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, Tableau).
Understanding of product lifecycle, LEAN manufacturing, and ECO/change management.
Ability to read mechanical drawings, work instructions and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

Lead technician staff in production and delivery of UAS through factory acceptance.
Apply knowledge in hardware assembly, troubleshooting and repair.
Follow safety procedures and improve area safety and efficiency.
Prioritize work to achieve on-time delivery and manage multiple priorities.
Document production progress using MES, NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, Tableau.
