Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Production Technician to guide a team producing UAS for strategic customers. You will oversee frontline assembly, troubleshooting, and adherence to critical safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in production manufacturing with team leadership and hands-on experience with ERP/MES systems. You will contribute to continuous improvement and maintain accurate production records daily.

Qualifications

3+ years in production-oriented manufacturing or electro-mechanical tech fields.
Experience leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Familiar with ERP/MES systems (NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, Tableau).
Understanding of product life cycle from NPI to production and LEAN principles.

Responsibilities

Lead technician staff in production and delivery of UAS, reporting to Production Manager.
Apply expert hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair skills on the line.
Follow build instructions and ensure safety procedures and standard work tasks.
Audit work areas to improve safety and efficiency; manage multiple priorities.
Maintain daily MES/NetSuite/JIRA/SQL/Tableau records and weekly progress reports.
