Henkel is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to oversee adhesive technologies operations in Mentor, OH. You will direct cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, Materials Management, and Safety, driving policy execution and financial performance.

The role requires a strong Lean and Continuous Improvement background, with experience managing budgets, capital, and P&L, and delivering measurable results. Join a global leader focused on innovation, sustainability, and inclusion.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience leading manufacturing with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost.
• Strong business and financial acumen with budget/capital management.
• Proven track record in Lean and operational excellence initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manufacturing operations for sealants and adhesives at the Mentor site.
• Provide direct leadership across Manufacturing, Engineering, Materials Management, Lean, Safety, Health, and Environment.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure operational efficiency, legal compliance, and financial performance.
• Manage budgets, capital planning, and resource allocation to balance strategic objectives with profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean culture, innovation, and quality system adherence.
• Audit performance and operations regularly to identify variances and ensure corrective actions.
• Foster leadership development, professional growth, and a culture of diversity and inclusion.
