Job summary

Brookwood Preschool Academy in South Carolina is seeking a passionate Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher to guide our youngest learners. You will design age-appropriate curricula, manage daily routines, and support toddlers' literacy and social-emotional development.

Collaborate with colleagues, communicate regularly with parents, and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment. Must have experience with two-year-olds, strong classroom management, and current first aid/CPR certifications.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for two-year-olds.
• Manage daily classroom routines including diapering & potty training support.
• Foster positive behavior management to support social and emotional development.
• Communicate with parents about progress, milestones and concerns.
• Maintain a safe classroom environment with health & safety regulations; first aid/CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning and classroom management techniques.
• Document child development progress using standardized methods and mandated reporting.
