The Learning Experience is seeking a Lead Teacher for our HAPPY Early Childhood Academic childcare center. We focus on developing Little Learners from infancy to preschool, making education joyful, engaging, and fun so children love to learn, play, and grow.

Join our dedicated team to create engaging lesson plans, foster safe spaces, and build strong relationships with families via our app. This full-time role offers opportunities for advancement in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2+ years' lead teacher experience in a childcare center.

Responsibilities

• Create fun learning by executing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create safe & happy spaces by ensuring standards of clean, safe, and organized classrooms where Little Learners can explore and learn.
• Monitor growth and development through an understanding of key milestones and celebrating their progress.
• Build relationships and communication with families and share daily updates and cheerful moments via our mobile app.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a supportive and happy learning environment.
