Job summary

The Learning Experience Corp. is hiring a Lead Twos Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging classroom for preschool children. You will implement the LEAP Curriculum and foster growth across academic and emotional development.

The role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM, balancing professional impact with personal time. Prior teaching experience and ECE coursework are valued, with health benefits and ample PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college ECE coursework preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for toddlers and preschoolers.
• Use a growth mindset to support young minds and a love of learning.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum to support infants, toddlers, and preschool children.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress and events.
