Job summary

Learning Care Group seeks an energetic Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor staff. You will foster the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children and lead curriculum implementation in alignment with licensing standards.

You will build relationships with families, drive classroom management, and contribute to the center's success, all while working with a supportive team in a busy childcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the class.
