You will serve as the primary liaison among construction, field engineering, quality, completions, commissioning, operations, and project management to ensure turnover packages and readiness criteria are met.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor9s degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience, or 12-14 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience leading turnover coordination for complex systems, with readiness planning, walkdowns, punch lists, and handover activities.
• Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills to support schedule commitments and turnovers.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnover and field engineering activities for assigned systems and areas, including work priorities and progress tracking.
• Coordinate turnover planning, readiness reviews, system walkdowns, punch list validation, and turnover package completion.
• Direct preparation, review, and control of turnover documentation and associated records.
• Monitor turnover progress, forecasting, and data accuracy to support management decisions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and client representatives to resolve turnover and field execution issues.
