Gemma Power Systems is seeking a Construction Turnover Coordinator to join our multi-discipline team in Texas. The role focuses on managing document control processes, ensuring compliance with project-specific turnover requirements, and maintaining an organized, accessible turnover system.

Relocation to project-area counties (Milam or Reeves) may be required, with potential moves to future project sites. The position demands overseeing turnover activities, coordinating with construction,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant turnover experience.
• Experience overseeing system turnover in industrial projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience on power/industrial/renewable construction sites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the turnover process under the guidance of the Project General Superintendent.
• Ensure compliance with CQP-17 & CQP-14 requirements and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on turnover/document activities.
• Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy document filing.
• Retrieve documents quickly and ensure latest revisions are available.
• Conduct periodic audits of turnover/document control effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with field teams including superintendents and engineers.
• Upload all turnover documents to the electronic archive.
• Provide training and support on documents and turnover processes.
• Screen turnover documentation with Quality and Commissioning teams.
