Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Game On Turf continuous line, second shift, to lead a team in tufting and coating turf, ensuring high quality and adherence to SMS procedures.

You will monitor production, coordinate with maintenance, and support scheduling while maintaining safety and efficiency. The role requires prior supervisory experience, strong leadership, and computer skills, with a focus on quality and process improvement in a carpet/turf

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Computer proficiency needed.
• Carpet manufacturing experience and ability to identify defects expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates on a continuous line operation handling tufting and coating.
• Monitor line and equipment to ensure correct tufting, coating and pattern.
• Serve as liaison between Department Manager and staff with clear communication.
