Shaw Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor II for the Heatset Department on the night shift to oversee production and associates. You will coordinate line changes, safety briefings, training, and shift coverage, ensuring quality and timely production.

Applicants should demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed in a tobacco-free facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Actively participate in the PRIDE and FIBER Processes (internal).
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Plant 78 is a tobacco-free facility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with outgoing supervisors on ongoing issues and resolve them.
• Coordinate all Line Changes (Setup, Startup, Walk down & EOL).
• Ensure proper training per SMS procedures and document results.
• Meet daily pre-shift safety and information briefs with shift employees.
• Update Heatset Daily Production Report Spreadsheet.
