Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Technical Investigator to lead technical investigations, TSCM sweeps, RF surveys, and security assessments across global facilities and data centers. The role requires deep expertise in RF technologies and electronic security systems, with the ability to work independently in high‑risk environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Valid U.S. Passport with the ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in government service, industrial security, law enforcement, military intelligence, technical security, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience conducting technical investigations, TSCM sweeps, RF surveys, and technical security assessments.
  • Advanced knowledge of radio frequency technologies, wireless communications protocols, electronic surveillance threats, and technical countermeasure equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and oversee technical investigations, TSCM sweeps, RF surveys, and technical security assessments across global facilities and data centers.
  • Manage and maintain RF monitoring systems, wireless intrusion detection platforms, and other technical countermeasure technologies.
  • Investigate RF anomalies, wireless threats, TEMPEST vulnerabilities, and technical surveillance risks while preparing comprehensive investigative reports and recommendations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices related to technical investigations and technical security programs.
  • Manage third‑party vendors and contractors responsible for the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of approved technical countermeasures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Security, Legal, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Operations on investigative matters and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, mentorship, training, and guidance on technical investigative methodologies and emerging threat trends.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
