Job summary

Omniscius seeks a skilled Technical Surveillance Countermeasure (TSCM) Technician to support government installations in the NCR, performing inspections to detect and mitigate unauthorized surveillance threats. The role requires hands‑on RF monitoring, signal analysis, and adherence to DoD and PFPA policies, with a strong SIGINT background.

Ideal candidates will have experience across ISR, STG, LLVI, targeting, or related SIGINT operations and must be able to operate advanced RF monitoring

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of TSCM, SIGINT, technical surveillance, RF analysis, or closely related operational experience.
• Strong background in SIGINT, electronic surveillance detection, RF collection, or tactical signal analysis.
• Experience supporting ISR, STG, LLVI, targeting, Radio Reconnaissance, or similar SIGINT operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of government facilities to detect and mitigate unauthorized surveillance threats.
• Conduct RF monitoring and analysis to identify unauthorized Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, cellular, and other radio frequency activity.
• Operate advanced radio frequency monitoring and TSCM equipment.
• Analyze signal data, investigate anomalies, and maintain a signals database for historical comparison and trend analysis.
• Provide recommendations for mitigating RF threats and ensure inspections adhere to DoD and PFPA policies.
