Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Abilene, TX seeks a Technical Investigator to lead technical investigations, TSCM sweeps, RF surveys, and security assessments across critical data center environments.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, capable of independent work in high-risk settings, and will collaborate with Security, Legal, HR, IT and Operations while mentoring others. This role offers travel opportunities and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Valid U.S. Passport with the ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in government service, industrial security, law enforcement, military intelligence, technical security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience conducting technical investigations, TSCM sweeps, RF surveys, and technical security assessments.
• Advanced knowledge of radio frequency technologies, wireless communications protocols, electronic surveillance threats, and technical countermeasure equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee technical investigations, TSCM sweeps, RF surveys, and technical security assessments across global facilities and data centers.
• Manage and maintain RF monitoring systems, wireless intrusion detection platforms, and other technical countermeasure technologies.
• Investigate RF anomalies, wireless threats, TEMPEST vulnerabilities, and technical surveillance risks while preparing comprehensive investigative reports and recommendations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices related to technical investigations and technical security programs.
• Manage third-party vendors and contractors responsible for the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of approved technical countermeasures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Security, Legal, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Operations on investigative matters and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide subject matter expertise, mentorship, training, and guidance on technical investigative methodologies and emerging threat trends.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
