MasterTech in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a qualified Diesel Truck Shop Foreman for a busy, clean, and equipped shop. The role emphasizes leadership, supervision, and hands-on diagnostic and internal engine work on diesel trucks.

You will work with brands including Hino, Ottawa Trucks, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner, Volvo, Cummins, and Detroit, ensuring quality repairs to trucks and trailers, coordinating a team, and maintaining schedules in a day shift.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience in a diesel shop setting.
• Hands-on diagnostic and internal engine experience required.
• Experience with a range of trucks and trailers preferred.

A Qualified Diesel Truck Shop Foreman is requiredfor a busy, clean, polished, and equipped Truck Shop in Fort Myers, Florida. Leadership and supervisory experience along with hands on diagnostic and internal engine experience preferred.

Compensation:

$90,000 - $110,000/year based on the experience and training.

Schedule:

Day shift, Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm.

Foreman that excel in this role should have experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing trucks from Hino, Ottawa Trucks, East, Pitts and Dorsey Trailers, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner, Volvo, Cummins, Detroit, etc. and systems including engines, A/C, electrical, exhaust, brakes, axles, and more. Knowledgeable, reliable, and team-oriented Leaders will integrate into an established team while providing guidance and organization for quality repairs to diesel trucks, trailers and more.
