Growing Law Firm in Dallas is seeking a proven trial attorney to lead and develop a team of litigators. You will oversee 4–6 attorneys and staff, shaping case strategy from intake through trial or resolution.

This leadership role emphasizes aggressive case development, mentorship of junior attorneys, and maintaining high standards for client communication and work product. Texas bar membership required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license required.
• 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred (Plaintiff or Defense).
• Strong leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 4–6 litigation attorneys and their support staff.
• Guide case strategy from pre-litigation through trial or settlement.
• Conduct regular case strategy reviews and ensure cases are developed aggressively and efficiently.
• Mentor junior attorneys in deposition practice, motion practice, negotiation strategy, and trial preparation.
• Ensure cases are thoroughly prepared and positioned for trial when necessary.
• Review pleadings, discovery, and case evaluations prepared by team attorneys.

Growing Law Firm is seeking a proven trial attorney to lead and develop a team of litigators at our offices in Dallas.

This leadership role oversees a team of 4–6 attorneys and their litigation staff while guiding case strategy from intake through trial or resolution. Our firm invests heavily in litigation and prepares every case as though it will go to trial. Attorney Managers play a critical role in maintaining that standard while mentoring the next generation of trial lawyers.
