Job summary

Bizee Bee Tree Service is seeking an experienced Tree Service Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure safe, efficient project execution. You will coordinate with owners, manage safety, and uphold high workmanship standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in tree care, leadership experience, and strong communication skills. CDL is a plus, and ISA Certification is helpful but not required. Join a growing, family-oriented team with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in tree care
• Experience leading a crew
• Strong knowledge of removal, pruning, climbing, rigging, and safety
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus
• Ability to operate tree equipment (chainsaws, chippers, bucket trucks, skid steers)
• ISA Arborist Certification is a plus but not required
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a tree crew on residential and commercial job sites.
• Safely perform tree removals, pruning, crane work, and rigging operations.
• Communicate with customers professionally and ensure expectations are met.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce all safety procedures.
• Inspect equipment and ensure trucks, tools, and machinery are properly maintained.
• Delegate tasks and keep jobs running efficiently and on schedule.
• Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and productivity.
• Coordinate with the owners regarding scheduling, job progress, and equipment needs.
