Penn Line Tree Service, Inc. is seeking a General Foreman to lead field crews in the Lancaster, OH area. You will emphasize safety, quality, and efficiency while supporting employee development and meeting customer expectations.

The role requires 5+ years in tree industry foremanship, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage resources, training, and workforce performance in a dynamic field setting. ISA/CDL credentials are preferred.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of tree industry experience as a foreman or equivalent.
• ISA certification, herbicide license and CDL license preferred.
• Education: High school diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of tree industry safety standards and requirements, operational methods, mechanized strategies, and best management practices.
• Managerial skills: conflict resolution, employee engagement and culture.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field crews, promote safety, and ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage payroll, billing and time sheets; supervise job sites.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors for projects.
• Develop talent and maintain customer relationships; train and mentor staff.
