855TREEMAN seeks a Lead Professional Tree Care Operations to spearhead field jobs in Charlotte Hall, MD. You will lead crews through complex tree trimming, pruning, and removals, ensuring safety and quality while coordinating with foremen and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in professional tree care operations, climbing & roping techniques.
• Strong functional knowledge of climbing, roping, rigging, and safe tool operation.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as spider lifts, bucket trucks, and skid steers safely.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures, personal protective equipment usage, and team communication.

• Keep jobsites clean, secure, and organized throughout all phases of project completion.
• Represent the company with professionalism while serving residential and commercial clients.
