SavATree is seeking a Tree Climber Crew Lead to advance our roadside, residential, and commercial tree care services. You will lead safe climbing operations, prune and remove trees, and supervise crew safety and efficiency on varied sites.

This role emphasizes adherence to ANSI pruning standards, proper equipment use, and effective communication with clients and teammates to ensure outstanding service and safety.

Qualifications

• Proficient in pruning techniques for large shade trees and ornamentals.
• Knowledge of tree and shrub species and their characteristics.
• Comfortable climbing without spurs and following safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality tree care services including pruning and removals.
• Climb trees safely using ropes, saddle, and ladders.
• Operate chainsaws, aerial lifts, and other equipment effectively.
