Job summary

SavATree LLC is seeking a Crew Lead for our Tree Care operations. The position involves working outdoors on client properties, performing pruning, removals, cable bracing and related tasks, and supervising a crew under local management.

You will apply climbing techniques, safety standards and equipment operation on diverse sites. The role requires experience with pruning large trees, knowledge of tree species, and proficient use of chainsaws and aerial lifts.

Qualifications

• Outdoor physical work required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license to operate company vehicles; CDL a plus.
• Authorized to work legally in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a General Tree Care crew performing pruning, removals, cable bracing and related tree care tasks.
• Safely operate equipment and follow safety procedures on job sites.
• Lead a work crew under branch management guidance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of branch collars, pruning cuts and knot tying for safe climbs.
