Job summary

Monster Tree Service seeks a Lead Tree Climber to join the Cape Fear area team. You will climb, prune, and remove trees on residential and commercial properties, while maintaining equipment and following safety procedures.

You will work with a crew to support the foreman and deliver excellent customer service on every job. CDL preferred with a clean driving record; non-CDL truck driving may be required.

Qualifications

• Climbing experience using rope and saddle; knots knowledge.
• Chainsaw operation and chipper operation experience.
• Aerial Lifts experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with ANSI standards.

Responsibilities

• Climb, prune, and remove trees on residential and commercial properties.
• Prepare, maintain, and safely operate tools and equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, climbing gear).
• Operate as part of a crew supporting the Crew Foreman.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
