Job summary

Yellowstone in Jacksonville, FL seeks an experienced Crew Leader to supervise a field crew performing tree care services, including removal, trimming, rigging, and storm work. You will operate bucket trucks and heavy equipment, ensure safety, and coordinate with branch management and customers.

The role requires at least 1 year as climber or bucket operator, strong English skills, and a valid driver’s license; Spanish is a plus. CDL is a plus; transportation to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• CDL license is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience as climber or bucket truck operator.
• Reliable transportation to the branch or job site.
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform tree care service activities with the crew according to client specs.
• Operate bucket truck and other equipment as needed.
• Complete daily pre-trip inspection reports.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees.
• Safely drive crews to and from jobs and adhere to safety policies.
