Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape in Chicago is seeking experienced Crew Leaders for our Tree Care division to supervise field teams from start to finish. You will oversee all crew activities, demonstrate proper equipment use, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing Tree Care or related services.
• Experience with basic climbing techniques.
• Must have reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site.
• Safe driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Strong English communication skills. Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all tree care service activities of the crew according to property and client specifications.
• Demonstrate correct equipment use to crew members.
• Complete a pre-trip inspection report each day.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
• Drive crews to and from jobs while adhering to safety policies.
