You will supervise 2–4 team members, coordinate safety, service quality, and client communications, and contribute to a safety-first culture that emphasizes growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in tree care operations including climbing and removals.
• Hands-on PHC application experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a small crew and make on-site decisions.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily job-site execution and direct a 2–4 person crew.
• Manage PHC routes and diagnose plant health issues.
• Build trust with homeowners and ensure client satisfaction.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and in good working order.
• Enforce safety and compliance with ANSI standards.
