Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Payment Operations or Business Analysis.
• Experience with Wire, ACH, and/or Check Processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• FINRA Series 99 required (can obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Wire, ACH and Check Investigations
• Review and perform approvals for money movement exceptions
• Deliver service to clients by processing requests accurately and timely
• Review and document procedures for policies to ensure consistency, compliance and efficiency
• Find opportunities to improve efficiencies within money movement
• Analyze productivity metrics and daily operational reports to monitor performance trends
