Qualifications

• 5+ years in Payment Operations and/or Business Analysis.
• Knowledge of electronic payments processing (Wire, ACH and/or Check Clearing).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teammates.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• FINRA Series 99 required (can obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Wire, ACH and Check Investigations.
• Review and perform approvals for money movement exceptions.
• Deliver accurate service to clients by processing requests timely.
• Review and document procedures for policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve money movement efficiencies and scale workflows.
• Analyze productivity metrics and daily operational reports to monitor performance trends.
