The division is responsible for the secure, accurate, and timely movement of funds while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence, risk management, regulatory compliance, and client experience. **The Team**The team supports the end-to-end processing and servicing of money movement products, including ACH, wire transfers, checks, returns, and Bill Pay. The team is responsible for transaction processing, wire posting, investigations, exception management, settlement, and reconciliations, ensuring work is completed with the highest levels of quality, accuracy, and compliance. Working closely with Client Experience, Risk, Product, Compliance, Technology, and Fraud partners, the team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service while maintaining a strong control environment.Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.
