Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field; CT license required
• Active CT clinical license or eligibility to practice in CT
• 5+ years in substance use treatment, including residential settings
• 2+ years in leadership or supervisory roles
• BFOQ exception; identify as female per Title VII requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a women’s residential SUD treatment program.
• Ensure delivery of trauma-informed, person-centered, evidence-based care.
• Oversee programming, engagement, and compliance with ASAM standards.
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff, peer specialists, and residential team members.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
• Provide clinical support and coverage for assessments, groups, and crisis intervention.
