• Preference for Level 1 Trauma Center ED experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Emergency Department.
• Lead staffing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management initiatives.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture supporting engagement and development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, infection prevention, and patient safety standards.
• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to promote high-quality patient-centered care.
