Job summary

TransCor America, LLC is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead the safe, secure, and efficient transport of individuals. The role ensures compliance with federal/state laws, contract requirements, and company policies while guiding daily field office operations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field, at least two years of supervisory experience in a related industry, a valid driver's license, and strong Microsoft Office and communication skills.

Qualifications

• The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social or Behavioral Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in a related industry such as Corrections or Transportation.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and monitor Transportation Officers in all aspects of operations.
• Communicate and support the vision of TransCor America and align with company goals.
• Ensure staff safety, security, and humane treatment of inmates, detainees or residents.
• Review policies and emergency plans for compliance with laws and contracts.
• Maintain staff training, performance, and proper documentation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social or Behavioral Science or related field

Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in a related industry (Corrections or Transportation)
