Qualifications

• Experience leading major transportation improvements and strategic projects.

• Develop and deliver transportation planner training and onboarding.
• Establish and maintain transportation planning standards and best practices.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and standard work for transportation.
• Lead carrier performance reviews and corrective action plans.
• Drive enterprise transportation cost reduction with sizable annual savings targets.
• Lead TMS configuration, testing, and user adoption initiatives.
