Lennox International is seeking a Lead Transportation Planner to enhance our transportation operations. You will implement best practices, develop training programs, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs in our logistics network.
With a strong focus on collaboration, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of improved processes and contribute significantly to our supply chain success.

Serves as the lead transportation planning subject matter expert, driving continuous improvement across transportation operations, systems, and processes. Leads TMS optimization initiatives, develops and delivers planner training, and establishes best practices that improve efficiency, service, visibility, and cost performance. Partners across the organization to streamline transportation processes and strengthen transportation planning capabilities.

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $99,000 - $130,200 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
Requires an associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 8 years relevant experience.Attention to detail. Strong time management and organization skills. Communication skills and ability to work well with other cross functional teams. Quality management skills. Knowledge of TMS, SAP, Excel systems. Planning skills. Understanding various transportation modes: LTL, Truck Load, Intermodal.
