You will interact with customers, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate shipment execution and timely updates on status and delays. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year in load planning or related operations, with strong MS Office and TMS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ year experience in load planning or supply chain operations preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and TMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize loads daily using the Transportation Management System and Warehouse Management System.
• Coordinate transportation services to maximize operational efficiency and productivity.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders for timely shipment execution.
