Job summary

Consor in Florida seeks a Senior Transportation Project Manager to lead PD&E initiatives from planning through construction. You will guide a planning team delivering complex PD&E projects and report to the area manager.

The role requires 8+ years in transportation engineering with strong PM capabilities, PE licensure in FL or ability to obtain in 1 year, and proficiency in OpenRoads, MicroStation, and InRoads. Hybrid/remote options may apply based on role responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• Registered Professional Engineer in FL or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• 8+ years of transportation engineering and project management experience.
• Experience managing roadway/highway projects and PD&E processes.
• Proficiency in OpenRoads, MicroStation, InRoads, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mid- to large-size transportation projects through all lifecycle phases.
• Develop and present complex technical solutions to clients.
• Prepare scope, schedule, and budgets for PD&E projects.
• Oversee planning to design for roadway/highway/traffic projects.
• Assist in business development and proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality outcomes.
• Provide leadership, team management, and mentoring.
