The candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering and a PE License in Oklahoma, with at least 5 years of experience in roadway project delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Oklahoma.
• At least 5 years of experience in Oklahoma roadway / transportation project delivery.
• Bentley OpenRoads experience is required.
• Experience managing roadway design projects and plan production.
