Qualifications

• Experience managing highway construction projects.
• Knowledge of road and bridge specs and standards.

• Minimum 4 years of experience; 8+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and inspection activities to ensure quality.
• Oversee contractor compliance with plans and contracts.
• Support Owner’s Engineer with project elements.
• Conduct pre-construction and progress meetings.
• Analyze plans and specifications to ensure constructability.
• Identify design errors and assess impacts.
• Review project documentation for compliance.
• Recommend contractor payments and budget adjustments.
• Coordinate with design, environment, traffic, and stakeholders.
