Job summary

Marrons is seeking a Senior Transport Planner to join our growing consultancy and lead transport planning projects across residential, commercial, energy and large SUE sites. You will mentor junior staff and help shape our regional strategy while collaborating with planning, urban design and masterplanning teams.

Based in the UK with hybrid working options, you’ll manage client relations, lead project delivery and contribute to business development as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the transport planning industry.
• Excellent technical and design skills as well as report writing skills.
• Relevant degree qualification in Transport Planning, Geography or Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Project lead from a transport planning perspective.
• Reviewing Transport Assessments, Travel Plans and Feasibility Studies.
• Providing high level advice to clients at project inception and through delivery.
• Attend client meetings and public consultations.
• Contribute towards winning work.
• Work collaboratively with in-house Marrons specialist teams.
