Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (preferred advanced degree).
• 8+ years in electric utility or heavy industrial industries with in-project construction/engineering management responsibilities.
• Strong construction PM and project controls experience.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple scopes and adapt in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage projects to meet schedule, cost, and scope.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Manage schedule/cost performance and forecasting/reporting cycles.
• Perform change control and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with utility teams, engineers, contractors, regulatory, and other stakeholders.
• Provide reporting and information to stakeholders and executives.
