Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled estimator to perform highly technical estimates for transmission line and substation projects. You will gather and integrate estimate data to build master cost models and databases, and work with project stakeholders to improve scoping and estimating processes.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to drive projects to successful conclusions within defined procedures and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience in engineering, design, estimating, project management or construction execution.
• Associate's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in engineering, design, project management, estimating or construction execution.
• Demonstrate effective leadership, team building and meeting management skills.
• Demonstrate confidence to lead a team and a project to successful conclusion.
• Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication with all stakeholders.
