Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or related field.
- Five to seven years of experience in transmission project development or related utility infrastructure projects.
- Working knowledge of permitting and environmental compliance requirements in SD, ND, and MN.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight stays.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Transmission Project Development team and support permitting and regulatory compliance of transmission line projects.
- Ensure resources and oversight for project delivery and leadership to staff to deliver consistent projects.
