Job summary

Sargent & Lundy invites a Project Controls Lead to join our PMO for transmission and distribution capital projects. You will guide cost engineering, scheduling staff, and financial administration, interfacing with client management and site personnel.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in capital projects, preferably energy transmission and distribution.
• Experience with earned value management and project controls methodologies.
• Comfortable leading project controls and budget/schedule decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and improvement of project controls processes.
• Collaborate with PMO to meet client business objectives.
• Mentor and train project controls staff.
• Develop and present project financials, schedules, risks, and recovery plans.
• Travel to client offices or sites as required.
